(1) If a contractor who has received a government contract dies before the period of the contract has been paid, the contract settlement shall be made within thirty days by stating that the person entitled or entitled to the contract will take over the contract. (5) If any person who is eligible to receive a contract under sub-section (1), (2) or (3) does not submit an application to receive the contract accordingly, another contractor for the remaining period subject to this Act or the rules made under this Act. It can be arranged.
